Agua Libre is the dragon boat team of the Denver Language School. We've been dragon boating for over 15 years.

We are the sister team, made mostly up of all youth paddlers; we're a mighty kids team looking to kick some booty!

The mission of Colorado Dragon Boat is to build bridges of awareness, knowledge, and understanding between the diverse Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities and the general public through cultural education, leadership development, and athletic competition.

Originally formed as the Air Force Flying Dragons in 2006 by Joey Velasco who was a Air Force Recruiter. This was to promote the Airforce and as a team building event for newly acquired Air Force Recruits. In 2009, the team transitioned to a self-sponsored Dragon Boat team as the Colorado Flying Dragons whose aim was to educate and proliferate the sport.

CU Denver's dragon boat team is back! We are a group of students, staff, and alum coming together to represent the university in local and out-of state races.

We a Colorado surfing group that spends most of the summers looking for the perfect waves on the Colorado coast and playing Trivial Pursuit. This year, we decided to give dragon boat racing a try.

Nichi-Bei-Go is a dragon boat team representing the Japan America Society of Colorado, a Denver 501c3 with a mission to expand people—to—people relationships between Colorado and Japan by serving as a bridge to connect via business, education, and cultural opportunities. We are dedicated to promoting positive U.S.—Colorado—Japan relations through the development of civic, business, and individual relationships.

We are the PASCO Fighting Dragons, one of the oldest dragon boat clubs in Colorado. We like to eat, row, do burpees, and do reverse uphill bear crawls on the beach.

Phantoms paddlers have been competing since 2003, and our paddlers were the first to bring dragon boats to Colorado on a permanent basis. We train year-round, and regularly compete both locally and in other venues. The crew is led by Michael Boyd, certified DBC Level II Coach, and member of the Team USA Senior C crew that swept the 2019 Dragon Boat World Championships in Thailand, winning 4 gold medals. RPT aims to promote the sport of dragon boating as a lifelong enjoyment sport in the state of Colorado. Together, we strive to foster the dragon boat community through outreach, education, team building, and racing.
