Miko Ando Brown is the Founder and President of Project Ganesha, a nonprofit aimed at increasing the number of women and diverse law firm leaders and rainmakers with a heavy emphasis on mental health and physical well-being. Miko founded Project Ganesha while working at Airbnb, Inc. where she was Associate General Counsel, Community Trust. In that role, Miko was responsible for advising the product, policy, operations and anti-discrimination teams on some of the company's most complex and high-profile trust and safety matters. Prior to joining Airbnb, Miko was a partner in the Trial Department at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP and represented clients in intellectual property, commercial, tort, and civil rights matters. She has represented clients nationwide and tried cases to verdict in multiple jurisdictions. Miko launched the nationally acclaimed Women in Leadership Lecture Series in 2013. Miko is a frequent contributing author and speaker on diversity, belonging, and inclusion issues.
