Stephanie McConkie


Labor & Employment Associate

Stephanie McConkie is a first-generation attorney.  She practices at Fisher Phillips LLP, where she defends employers in a wide variety of labor and employment disputes.  Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Stephanie was an associate for a national full-service law firm where she focused on developing and implementing comprehensive defense strategies for labor and employment, litigation, and malpractice matters.  Stephanie also practiced at a boutique firm specializing in intellectual property litigation and complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.  After law school, Stephanie served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Andrew P. McCallin of Colorado’s Second Judicial District.

Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she earned a certificate in intellectual property and was a member of the law school’s American Bar Association National Moot Court Team. During law school, she served as President of the school's Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. 

Stephanie is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusiveness and an active member of the Colorado legal community.  Stephanie currently serves as the President Elect for the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Colorado, the Second Vice President of the Denver Bar Association, and is on the board for the University of Denver Law Alumni Council.
